Communication is vital to the success of our team. Listed below are the avenues in which you can communicate with the Wahoo Office and the team coaches.

There are two phone numbers you may use to call the Wahoo Office. The main YMCA number is 203-762-8384 You can call this number and use any of the coaches extensions listed below. You may also press '0' and ask the front desk of the Y to page the coaches office. They in turn will make a broadcast announcement in the coaches office to anyone there. This option may be your best bet when looking for Karen, JoAnn or Steve of if the extension is busy.
